The corporate limit to begin collection agency procedures is $50.

Do you report to credit bureaus?
Yes, we report monthly to the major credit bureaus.

Do you offer me detailed status reports so I can see what collection activity is taking place?
Yes, we offer a monthly progress report, payment report, and closed report. Other reports are available upon request.

What happens if I don't have all the debtor’s current contact information? Can you find them?
We use multiple, web-based solutions and databases in order to locate current contact information.

Do you offer legal options?
Yes, if the debt is determined to be worthy of further legal action.

Do you dedicate a client service representative who focuses on my account?
